As an experienced trader, I always prioritize regulatory clarity and transparency when considering a broker. In the case of Utsumiya, I found it extremely concerning that there’s a complete lack of published information about leverage conditions for major forex pairs, and really, for any asset class. This lack of transparency is especially problematic because leverage is a core risk factor in forex trading. Compounding this issue, Utsumiya’s retail forex license from Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) has been revoked, which means there’s currently no regulatory oversight or assurance for traders like me regarding their operational standards or protections. From my perspective, not having clear leverage details—whether for major forex pairs or other instruments—makes proper risk management nearly impossible. I strongly prefer brokers who make this information explicit so I can make informed decisions based on my personal risk profile. In Utsumiya’s case, the fact that they neither disclose leverage conditions nor provide guidance about whether they differ across asset types is a major red flag. Given these points, and especially in the absence of valid regulation, I do not feel comfortable or secure trading with this broker. For my own portfolio, safety and clarity outweigh convenience or history, so I would look elsewhere for a broker that is both transparent and properly regulated.
