What Is Valetax CopyTrading?
Valetax CopyTrading, referred to internally as CopyTrade, is a feature that allows investors to automatically replicate the trading strategies of experienced Money Managers. The system is built so that investors benefit from professional trading expertise without needing to execute trades themselves. It is designed around four core principles: easy onboarding, flexible risk control, high precision trade execution, and strong investor protection. For anyone asking how to start copy trading with Valetax, the process is straightforward and requires no pre-created account.
How to Set Up a Valetax CopyTrade Account
The account creation process for investors is seamless. Investors do not need to create a trading account in advance. The setup follows four steps: select a Money Manager, click Connect, choose a deposit method, and the investor account is automatically created once the deposit is confirmed.
To select a Money Manager, investors navigate to the CopyTrading section and browse the Available Strategies tab. Each strategy displays key metrics including total growth, average weekly growth, minimum investment, number of investors, total funds under management, number of days active, and the performance fee charged. For example, strategies listed in the platform show varying growth profiles and minimum investments starting from as low as one dollar.
After selecting a strategy, the investor clicks Connect to Strategy, which opens a panel showing full details including drawdown, minimum investment, number of active investors, withdrawal policy, and the performance fee structure. Deposit methods available include Bank Transfer, Local Depositor, Internal Transfer, or funds directly from the Valetax wallet. Once the deposit is completed, the investor account is automatically created and linked to the chosen Money Manager.
Risk Control: Flexible Coefficients for Every Investor
One of the most significant features of the Valetax CopyTrade system is its flexible risk management through risk coefficients. Investors are not locked into matching the exact risk level of their chosen Money Manager. Instead, they can choose from seven risk levels ranging from 0.25x to 5x of the Master Strategy risk.
The available options are Low Risk at 0.25x, Low Risk at 0.5x, Normal Risk at 1x, High Risk at 2x, High Risk at 3x, Very High Risk at 4x, and Very High Risk at 5x. These multipliers directly affect the lot size opened on the investor account. For instance, if a Money Manager opens one lot at Normal Risk, an investor on High Risk at 2x would have two lots opened on their account, with a proportional profit and loss impact. This structure gives investors genuine control over their exposure relative to the strategy being followed.
Investors can also connect to multiple Money Managers simultaneously. The system allows a maximum of five connections per Money Manager and supports up to one hundred investor accounts in total, enabling genuine portfolio diversification across strategies.
Deposit and Withdrawal Flexibility
Investors have the freedom to deposit or withdraw funds at any time. However, the system includes a guardrail mechanism that restricts withdrawals to ensure the Performance Fee due at the next rollover period is preserved. This protects the fair calculation of fees owed to Money Managers.
Precision in Trade Copying
Valetax uses a proprietary algorithm to ensure that even very small investor accounts receive proportionally accurate trade copies. Due to MT4's standard minimum lot size of 0.01, Valetax multiplies all positions by 10,000 internally, enabling a minimum copied lot size of 0.000001. This means that even if a Money Manager's account is 10,000 dollars and an investor's balance is just 10 dollars, trades are still copied with precision at the correct proportional size.
All CopyTrade accounts operate on MT5 and display figures in USF, where 1 USD equals 10,000 USF, a conversion that ensures system compatibility and precision.
Performance Tracking and Investor Protection
Investors can monitor their CopyTrade performance in real time through the Member Area. The platform provides live tracking of all open trades, performance metrics, and live profit and loss data. Investor accounts carry a 0% stopout level, which means investors are protected from being stopped out before the Money Manager themselves, regardless of leverage discrepancies between accounts. Investor accounts are also structured with more favourable leverage tiers compared to standard retail accounts, providing an additional layer of capital protection throughout the investment period.
