Piattaforma: MT5 YWO-TRADE Data e ora dell'operazione: 13:31:54 17/04/2026 Ho notato che il mio profitto di 3379,77$ è stato correttamente/adattato/rimosso dal sistema senza una ragione apparente. In particolare, la piattaforma sembra aver ridotto il mio profitto / modificato il prezzo di esecuzione senza una giustificazione. Ho presentato una richiesta di investigazione al team di supporto, ma non hanno risposto e hanno ignorato le mie richieste.

Complaint Regarding Incorrect Profit Adjustment

Platform: MT5 YWO-TRADE Date & Time of Trade: 13:31:54 17/04/2026 I noticed that my profit 3379,77$was unexpectedly adjusted/removed by the system. Specifically, the platform appears to have cut my profit / modified execution price without justification.I submitted a request for an investigation to the support team, but they did not respond and ignored my requests.
