I knew before that there was a problem with this platform. I traded with a small amount of money for fun. It was good for trading before. However, I suddenly unable to log in the platform today, and the system always notify me the system being busy. I have opened crude position in it. And there are almost more than 400 US dollars in it. I am so worried. The customer service personnel are offline. What should I do!

之前也知道，这家平台有问题，我抱着小额资金玩玩，以前这段时间用着蛮好的，可是今天突然登陆不进去了，一直显示系统繁忙中，我里面还建的有原油黄金仓位，还有差不多400多美元在里面，这把我急的，客服也没人在线这怎么办啊！
