Así que deposité 5755 $ para negociar enOctaFX . retiré 55 $, lo recibí. Me sentí bien con el comercio ahora. negociado con $ 5700, abrió 3 operaciones y ganó alrededor de 115 $ de ganancia. cuando voy a retirar la cantidad de 5815 $, después de una hora más o menos, me envían un correo electrónico de confirmación indicando que su retiro está completo ... pero incluso después de más de 12 horas, no he recibido 5815 $ en mi billetera criptográfica ETH. Adjuntaré el historial de mi pedido, el estado de retiro y la información de la billetera de etherscan.

Withdrawal issue.

So i deposited 5755$ for trading into octafx. withdrew 55$ , i received that. i felt ok with trading now. traded with $5700, opened 3 trades gained around 115$ profit. when i go to withdraw the 5815$ amount, after a hour or so, they give a confirmation email stating that your withdrawal is complete..but even after 12+ hours, i have not received 5815$ in my crypto ETH wallet. i shall be attaching my order history, withdrawal status and etherscan wallet information.
