Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Tokyo as planned to visit the trading company FUJITOMI. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 1-15-5, Nihonbashi Kakiraku-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo (103-0014).

Dedicated to fulfilling our responsibility to investors, the professional field research team conducted an on-site inspection of FUJITOMI based on the aforementioned address.

The field research team traveled to the Nihonbashi Kakiraku-cho area of Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at the building located at the address. The building is located adjacent to the Kobayashi Trading Company, boasting a pleasant corporate campus and streetscape, a vibrant commercial atmosphere, and a preserved character and vitality of a traditional commercial district. From the exterior, the field research team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building, which also featured the prominent FUJITOMI logo.

The field research team discovered that the building was closed, preventing them from entering the lobby. They were unable to verify the company's name on the lobby sign, reach their specific floor, confirm their location, or even enter the building's interior. While the reception desk and its logo could not be photographed from the outside, the company logo on the building's exterior clearly indicates its presence. This location was confirmed to be not a shared office, fully proving the company's presence there.

Thus, our on-site inspection confirmed the presence of the trading company, FUJITOMI, at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited FUJITOMI accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
