SBS Organization Introduction

The SBS is a public law institution whose operational autonomy is recognized by the Political Constitution of Peru. Its objectives, functions, and powers are established in the General Law of the Financial System and the Insurance System and in the Organic Law of the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and AFPs, Law No. 26702.
