From the available user feedback, I noted at least one neutral review mentioning persistent withdrawal issues and unsatisfactory customer service, which only heightens my caution. While Simplex Asset Management does operate under Japanese FSA regulation and has a long operational track record, the lack of direct details on payments remains a concern for me.
