From my thorough review of Akatsuki as a Japan-based broker, I have to emphasize that specific information about deposit and withdrawal options—such as credit cards, PayPal, Skrill, or cryptocurrencies—is not made clear in the available resources. As a trader with significant experience, this absence of detailed funding and withdrawal information is a crucial consideration for me before opening an account or committing to a broker. In general, established Japanese brokers regulated by the FSA, like Akatsuki, usually adopt strict anti-money laundering policies and tend to favor conventional methods such as bank transfers, especially for domestic clients. However, I did not find confirmation of alternative options like credit cards, e-wallets, or cryptocurrencies. For me, the lack of transparency here means I would proceed very cautiously and seek direct clarification from Akatsuki’s official support channels before considering any deposit. In my view, full clarity about how I can access and withdraw my funds is non-negotiable from both a risk-management and trustworthiness perspective. I would not proceed with any broker that could not answer these questions to my satisfaction.
