For traders—especially those prioritizing capital preservation and risk control—this kind of omission raises caution flags. My practice is never to proceed with a broker who doesn't provide clear information about account funding expectations. In regulated environments like Cyprus under CySEC, you'd anticipate baseline disclosure, but here, the details appear missing. While the company is CySEC-regulated and has operated over a decade, the inability to find this basic requirement compels me to proceed with even greater caution. In my view, it would be prudent to directly contact their support team to request up-to-date, written confirmation on their deposit conditions before even considering transferring any funds. For me, clear, upfront information is a first test of any broker's reliability.
