In my experience as someone who closely monitors regulatory disclosures and platform offerings before opening an account, China Galaxy presents a fairly specialized set of tradable assets. Although the company has a longstanding presence in Hong Kong and is regulated by the SFC, it does not offer direct access to trading popular commodities such as Gold (XAU/USD) or Crude Oil. When I investigated their product list, I found they focus on securities, futures and options, bonds, mutual funds, and structured products. However, there was no mention of traditional forex pairs, precious metals, commodities, indices, or ETFs. This means that if your priority is trading gold or crude oil CFDs—or any spot commodities, for that matter—this platform likely would not meet your needs. It's also worth noting that China Galaxy utilizes proprietary trading platforms rather than the widely-used MT4 or MT5, which further limits direct commodities access compared to many international brokers. In summary, for me, the absence of gold and oil instruments is a significant restriction, and anyone with a focus on those markets should proceed very carefully and seek clear confirmation before proceeding to open or fund an account with them.
