In my years of trading, the inability to access a broker’s website raises immediate concerns—not only about platform support but also about transparency and ongoing customer service. Additionally, Zinvest’s disclosures about their trading infrastructure are lacking, with no clear mention of which, if any, popular trading platforms are provided. For me, this lack of information is a significant issue, since active traders need clarity on whether they will have access to industry-standard tools essential for strategy implementation and risk management. While Zinvest is regulated in Hong Kong for dealing in futures contracts, the uncertainty about trading platforms, combined with the communication issues reported by other users, makes it difficult for me to feel confident about what this broker actually offers for daily trading activities.
