Based on my experience as a trader evaluating brokers, it's crucial to first determine whether a broker actually offers active trading accounts before discussing things like minimum deposit requirements. In the case of RCB, my thorough research revealed several critical issues. While RCB has a long-standing presence in Cyprus and its domain remains active, it is not regulated by CySEC or any recognized international authority. More importantly for me, the bank has officially ceased all financial operations and no longer provides any investment, banking, or trading services. The official RCB website makes it clear that all services have been discontinued, and there is no trading platform or account infrastructure available. Given this reality, there is currently no option to open a live trading account with RCB—therefore, no minimum deposit is specified or possible. For me as a trader, the absence of regulatory oversight was already a major deterrent, but the complete cessation of all services removes RCB from consideration entirely. I strongly advise caution and recommend verifying a broker's regulatory and operational status before ever thinking about deposit requirements or account opening. RCB, in its current state, is not a broker one can engage with for live forex trading.
