In my experience evaluating brokers, transparency around fees is essential, especially as unexpected costs can significantly impact a trader’s bottom line. When assessing Victory Securities, I found that for deposits, there are no explicit charges listed, and standard processing applies via bank transfer. For withdrawals, the policy is straightforward: the first withdrawal each day is free, but subsequent withdrawals incur fixed fees that depend on the currency and transfer method. For example, further HKD withdrawals cost HKD 500 each, and for USD, the second and additional withdrawals are US$100. These charges are clearly stated in their documentation. I did not come across evidence of any undisclosed or hidden fees regarding the mechanics of deposits or withdrawals. However, I always advise caution; Victory Securities does have a relatively complex overall fee structure—there are also various non-trading charges such as levies, taxes, and custody fees for account management and certain transaction types. For me, although there’s no sign of hidden charges in the transaction process itself, I’m careful to review the full fee schedule before funding or withdrawing, especially if I’m considering frequent transactions. Staying well-informed and double-checking the broker’s published fee details are key steps I personally never skip.
