As someone who values transparency and trustworthiness in a broker, my scrutiny of HGNH's track record through user experiences and objective data has raised several concerns, especially regarding deposits and withdrawals. While HGNH has operated in Hong Kong for over 15 years and was previously licensed for several types of financial activities, there have been notable issues that I cannot overlook. Importantly, I noticed a consistent pattern among multiple user reports involving unexpected or unclear fees when attempting to withdraw funds. Specifically, users have claimed that when they tried to withdraw larger amounts, their transactions were either delayed, rejected, or contingent upon paying extra charges not made clear at the outset—such as "unfreeze fees," "checking fees," or requirements to pay a percentage to "improve credit score" or activate some form of “protection mechanism.” For me, these are substantial red flags, even though these are user-submitted experiences rather than official policy statements from the broker. I always approach such brokers with caution. Even if some investors managed small withdrawals without issue, the fact that significant difficulties and extra, undisclosed fees arise at later stages underscores potential risks. In my professional judgment, I avoid brokers where fee structures are not transparent, or where client complaints consistently mention hidden costs connected to deposits and, especially, withdrawals. It’s critical to ensure that all charges are clearly stated upfront, as surprises in fund access erode the foundation of safety for any trader.
