Moreover, the fact that SK is not regulated by any recognized authority, including South Korea’s own FSC or FSS, heightens my concern. In my trading career, I have learned to treat unregulated entities with extreme caution, as the absence of oversight often translates into a lack of standard protections—something that becomes critical in the area of fund withdrawals and dispute resolution. The high risk warning associated with SK only reinforces my conservative stance; without verified information on withdrawal procedures, I cannot reasonably expect reliable, let alone instant, access to funds. Responsible traders need clear, verifiable details about deposits and withdrawals before committing any capital. Until SK publishes concrete, regulation-backed payment information, I personally would not consider using their platform for any type of trading—particularly when timely withdrawals are a non-negotiable part of my risk management strategy.
