In my experience trading and reviewing brokers, the spread on popular currency pairs—like EUR/USD—is a crucial factor in cost and overall trading performance. However, from what I’ve gathered about VPS, there’s an important limitation: VPS is not a regulated forex broker and its official information does not disclose specific spread data for major pairs, including EUR/USD. The absence of this information is meaningful in itself. Typically, reputable brokers will list average or typical spreads for pairs like EUR/USD directly on their website or trading platform materials. With VPS, I could not find such transparency, which not only makes it impossible for me to give an accurate average spread value, but also raises concerns about overall trading costs and predictability. This lack of readily available spread data should be considered carefully by any trader, especially since spreads directly impact profitability and execution. In my view, when basic fee structures are unclear or unavailable, it’s generally a sign to proceed with caution. For me, if I need to precisely manage costs or trade actively, I would prefer a broker that reliably lists spread statistics upfront, particularly on standard accounts. With VPS, because they are not regulated and spread information is not published, I cannot give a direct or quantitative answer about typical EUR/USD spreads. This is a significant consideration in my due diligence process.
