This lack of transparency makes it essential for anyone considering a withdrawal to proceed methodically and conservatively. In similar situations with regulated brokers in Indonesia, it is standard for the required documentation to include at minimum a government-issued photo ID (like a passport or KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and possibly supporting bank account information that matches your trading profile for anti-money laundering compliance. For my own safety and account integrity, I would ensure all my account details and personal identification files are fully up to date before making a first withdrawal request. I also recommend contacting BPF’s customer support directly via the channels provided (email or phone). Given the limited transparency, confirming the current document checklist with their official representatives is, in my view, the responsible and safest way to prevent unnecessary delays or issues with access to your funds.
