Based on my own research and recent experience, NatWest Markets does not offer a free demo account for trading purposes. As an independent forex trader, I place significant value on being able to test platforms, order execution, and product offerings in a risk-free environment before committing real funds. In my assessment, NatWest Markets primarily focuses on a range of banking and investment services rather than providing advanced trading capabilities typically expected of specialist forex or CFD brokers. Their suite is geared toward personal and business banking needs, rather than active trading solutions. The lack of a demo account is a notable limitation from my perspective. This absence makes it challenging to evaluate their platforms or services without financial commitment, and it deprives prospective clients of the opportunity to familiarize themselves with order placement or risk management tools in a simulated environment. Given that NatWest Markets also lacks regulation from major authorities such as the FCA, and considering the warning indicators highlighted, I exercise considerable caution. For traders who prioritize practice, transparency, and regulatory safeguards, these factors are crucial in making an informed and prudent choice. Ultimately, for me, the absence of a demo account is a significant drawback in evaluating NatWest Markets as a potential trading venue.
