As an experienced forex trader, I always pay close attention to the disclosure of trading conditions—especially spreads—when evaluating any broker. With First State Futures, I noticed that the broker does not clearly state the typical or average spreads for major pairs like EUR/USD in the information available. This omission makes it difficult for me to assess the real trading costs up front. While the broker is regulated by Indonesia’s ICDX and provides access to the MT4 platform—qualities that often go hand-in-hand with transparent pricing—in this case, essential details such as spreads on standard accounts appear unlisted. In my experience, the lack of published spread information warrants caution, as transparent brokers usually display this data prominently to help traders make informed decisions. What First State Futures does make clear is that their trading accounts are accessible via MT4 and they do charge relatively low transaction fees. However, without a specific mention of the EUR/USD spread, I would approach this broker with prudent skepticism and recommend reaching out directly to their customer support for detailed clarification before committing significant funds. In the absence of this basic yet critical information, I find it challenging to compare their trading costs accurately against other established brokers. For me, transparency around core trading conditions is a non-negotiable factor when considering a broker.
