As someone who values transparent cost structures when choosing a broker, I investigated whether Consilium imposes any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Based on all the available details, I could not find any mention of their policies or potential charges for funding or withdrawing from accounts. In fact, there is very little information about basic trading conditions or account features at all. For me, this lack of clarity is a concern, especially in an industry where hidden or unexpected fees can have a real impact on overall trading profitability. What I did find is that Consilium focuses mainly on trusts, structured products, funds, and shares, and does not appear to service typical forex or commodities traders. Even though it is regulated under South Africa’s FSCA, WikiFX flags both a “suspicious license” and a “suspicious scope of business” for Consilium, and notes that there is “high potential risk” associated with the broker. Compounding all this is the fact that Consilium received a very low score and an on-site visit reportedly found no physical office at their listed location. Because neither deposit nor withdrawal fees are addressed, and because of the general lack of account transparency, I would advise anyone—including myself—to exercise significant caution and to directly contact their customer support before even considering funding an account. This is particularly important for protecting my funds and for making informed financial decisions involving any broker.
