EBSI seems primarily focused on providing conventional trading services, with platforms such as MT4, EBSI GO!, and others, alongside a broad suite of wealth management and institutional solutions. Their regulatory structure, particularly the SFC license in Hong Kong, points toward a traditional approach to forex and futures trading rather than the specific compliance elements Islamic accounts require. In my experience, brokers that provide swap-free accounts for religious reasons are usually quite clear about it, given its importance for many clients. I found no reference to Sharia-compliant features or alternative fee structures that would typically replace overnight swaps on leveraged products. For me, this lack of transparency means that, at least at present, EBSI does not seem positioned as a suitable choice for traders needing an Islamic account.
