One of the notable drawbacks for me has been the lack of online chat or immediate support channels. This absence can lead to some frustration, especially if timely assistance is needed during trading hours. When issues have arisen—such as needing quick clarification on account rules or the status of a withdrawal—the process felt slower and less responsive compared to brokers that offer real-time support. Understanding their procedures and clear communication might help mitigate some of this, but it doesn’t replace the convenience of quick online interactions. In terms of platform stability, Senshu Ikeda relies solely on its proprietary systems rather than widely adopted platforms like MT4. I haven’t encountered any serious instability or downtime personally, but the proprietary nature means there's a learning curve and a different set of expectations versus standard platforms. I exercise a degree of caution, keeping my trading activity straightforward and monitoring for any irregularities. Altogether, while transparency and regulation by Japan's FSA build foundational trust, the conservative approach to support and platform tools means I stay vigilant before committing substantial capital.
