However, when it comes to fiat conversions, no explicit timeframe is provided—processing times are stated to vary depending on the bank or payment method involved. What concerns me most are the multiple user reports alleging serious withdrawal difficulties. There are consistent complaints about frozen funds, requests for upfront deposit payments before processing withdrawals, and some users even mention being entirely unable to access their accounts. These are red flags in my professional judgment that cannot be overlooked, and part of maintaining trustworthiness in this industry is recognizing when these risk signals outweigh any theoretical benefits. Given PAXOS operates without recognized regulatory oversight, I find it risky to rely on their stated timelines or processes. For me, the absence of clear regulatory protection and the recurring reports of inaccessible funds mean I would not expect smooth or reliable withdrawal experiences. In summary, while in-theory crypto transactions may be rapid, my personal approach is to stay extremely cautious—actual withdrawal times, if they occur at all, remain highly uncertain and potentially problematic.
