From my careful review of the available details about NFS, I could not find any mention or evidence that this broker offers swap-free (Islamic) accounts. As someone who values transparency and clarity, especially when dealing with account types that affect trading costs and compliance with religious principles, this absence is a notable factor for me. While NFS is based in Cyprus and regulated by CYSEC, which generally gives a level of oversight I consider essential, they seem focused on investment products like equities, unit trusts, investment trusts, capital investment bonds, and ETFs rather than forex or leveraged trading. Additionally, NFS does not advertise forex trading or commodity products, which are typically where swap-free accounts are relevant. Their business model appears to lean toward investment consultancy and intermediating regulated product providers in the EU, without holding client funds directly. This framework may explain the lack of information about swap-free options. In my experience, if access to a swap-free (Islamic) account is a strict requirement, I would be very cautious and clarify directly with NFS customer support before making any account decisions. For my own trading, I prefer brokers that clearly state their policies on Islamic account availability upfront, as this signals both transparency and inclusivity.
