Withdrawals can be made using either the Tokai Tokyo Card at designated ATMs (such as Japan Post Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ, or Seven Bank ATMs) or through bank counter, ATM, or online transfers. Given standard Japanese brokerage practices, withdrawals processed via ATM or bank transfer generally reach a local bank account within one to three business days, though delays may occur depending on cut-off times and bank operating hours. For clients not using the Tokai Tokyo Card, the process might take slightly longer, particularly if cross-bank transactions are involved. I have not found support for e-wallet withdrawal options—Tokai Tokyo is oriented toward local bank transfers, so international or e-wallet users may face additional complications or limitations. Overall, I would advise conservative expectations with Tokai Tokyo regarding withdrawal speed; it’s best to anticipate processing within a few business days and plan ahead, especially if prompt fund access is required. I always urge traders to verify details directly with the broker’s customer support, since account status or recent administrative actions could impact timelines.
