Based on my own evaluation as a forex trader seeking secure, transparent environments, I am extremely cautious when dealing with brokers lacking clear regulatory oversight. TD, despite operating globally with a long-standing presence and offering diverse personal banking and trading services, currently remains unregulated by financial authorities. For me, the absence of regulatory status is a critical factor because it generally means there’s less oversight on how client funds are handled, including how fees are disclosed and administered. As for deposit and withdrawal fees, I find the fee structure at TD to be unclear. The information I reviewed does not specify whether TD charges fees during deposits or withdrawals for trading accounts. This absence of upfront disclosure on transaction costs is a significant concern, especially as unexpected or hidden fees can negatively affect trading returns and the overall safety of funds. In my experience, trustworthy brokers are fully transparent about all potential fees—something TD does not deliver at this time. Given these observations, I would proceed only with considerable caution when dealing with any fund transfers into or out of TD, and only after directly confirming all possible costs with their customer support.
