In my hands-on experience with Trade Capital Markets (TCM), I found that they operate with a full MetaTrader 4 (MT4) license. This is significant because, practically speaking, MT4 is renowned for its robust compatibility with Expert Advisors (EAs), enabling automated trading strategies. The presence of a full license, as verified through their listing, means the technical environment required for EA deployment is fundamentally in place. As an independent trader focused on due diligence, I see this as a basic but essential feature for anyone intent on using algorithmic systems. However, while the technical provision is clearly there, I am always cautious and consider other factors beyond just platform capabilities. The regulatory situation of TCM does raise some concerns for me—while they are licensed by CySEC in Cyprus, there are flagged issues regarding a 'suspicious clone' license with the FSCA. Coupled with several user complaints about difficulties withdrawing funds, I believe it’s prudent to approach with care. For me, the ability to use EAs is available, but actual usage should be tempered by a thorough review of withdrawal reliability and customer support responsiveness—especially with automated strategies where capital can move quickly. In summary, from the platform side, EAs are supported, but broader due diligence is crucial before committing significant capital.
