CGWS is not licensed or supervised by any regulatory authority, which is a concern for me as a trader. Without regulatory oversight, there is no external body ensuring the safety of my funds or the integrity of their operations. As a result, there are significant risks when trading with CGWS, especially since I cannot rely on the protections that regulated brokers provide. I always look for brokers that are monitored by reputable regulators to ensure a safe trading environment.
