From a regulatory standpoint, London & Oxford Capital Markets Limited is legitimate, as it is regulated by the FCA, one of the most respected financial regulators in the world. However, their current status of not offering any active services or engaging with new clients raises concerns about their reliability. Without access to their services, it’s difficult to assess their overall trustworthiness and safety as a trading platform. I personally believe it is not safe to engage with them until they resume operations.
