From my own experience checking their credentials, yes, Axia Investments is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under license number SD034. However, I also found that the company is linked to an Unverified CySEC license, which is a serious red flag for me when I’m doing axia investments reviews. That means while they technically have an offshore license, I don’t treat it the same way as a Tier-1 license.
