Strengthening Cohesion Through Team Development and Culture
Recently, DBG successfully held its 3rd anniversary celebration in Vietnam. Centered around a journey from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, the two-day program combined team-building activities, an annual gala dinner, and a premium cruise experience, aiming to further enhance collaboration efficiency and reinforce organizational cohesion. The event also highlighted the companys ongoing progress in overseas team management and corporate culture development.

Team-Building: City to Coast
On the first day, all participants gathered in Hanoi before traveling to Ha Long Bay. After check-in and a short adjustment period, the team engaged in structured team-building activities along the coastal area.

At Bai Chay Beach, participants were divided into groups to complete interactive tasks designed to improve communication efficiency and execution alignment. Conducted in an open natural environment, the exercises encouraged direct interaction, strengthening mutual trust and team coordination among members.

Annual Gala Dinner: Reflection and Alignment
In the evening, the 3rd Anniversary Gala Dinner was held. The event reviewed the companys overall development over the past three years and facilitated discussions across key areas such as business execution, operational achievements, and organizational coordination.

During the dinner, a special recognition and award presentation ceremony for our outstanding MIBs and teams was held, in acknowledgment of their significant contributions to business growth and team development over the past period. The ceremony featured formal award presentations and moments of applause, further strengthening team belonging and motivation.

In addition, the dinner included a series of interactive activities. The overall atmosphere was practical and open. Through face-to-face communication and exchange, the team further reinforced a shared understanding of organizational goals and future direction based on the review of phased achievements.
Cruise Experience: Extending Team Connection
On the second day, the team departed for the Halong International Cruise Port and boarded a 6-star Dolphin luxury cruise for an offshore journey in Ha Long Bay.

After departure, participants had onboard meals and received itinerary briefings before visiting several key attractions, including Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave, and Titop Island. Activities such as cave exploration, kayaking, and island sightseeing were included.

The combination of natural landscapes and maritime travel provided an informal setting for deeper interaction among team members. On the return journey, onboard music performances and light refreshments created a relaxed environment for further communication and engagement.
DBG Review and Outlook
The 3rd anniversary celebration marked not only a milestone reflection for DBG but also demonstrated its continued commitment to strengthening overseas team development and organizational capability building.
Through multi-scenario, multi-format collaborative experiences, the company further enhanced communication efficiency, coordination mechanisms, and cultural alignment among its teams. Looking ahead, DBG will continue to focus on business growth objectives, optimize organizational structure, and strengthen cross-regional collaboration to support long-term sustainable development.
