Twin Scam Alert: Broker Capitals is a New Domain of Finex Stock
Abstract:This week, the Italy financial regulator CONSOB issued a warning against an unlicensed broker named Broker Capitals. When we clicked on Broker Capitals' website, its logo, trade name, and design seemed familiar to us.

Almost-Same Website
At the first sight of Broker Capitals' website, we could hardly find differences between the website and Finex Stock's, except for the trade names. If you ever heard about Finex Stock from BrokersView, we believe that you will not fall into this trap. Using multiple websites to scam was a common method of fraudulent brokers.

Still the Same Lies
Finex Stock used to claim itself a 20-year-experienced from 2000 broker, and so did Broker Capitals.
By checking the domain of Broker Capitals (https://brokercapitals.com/), we found it was created on 24 Dec 2021. Obviously, this broker lied about its business experience.

Still Has No Regulation
Just like it claimed on the former websites, Broker Capitals claims to be registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA), without providing a registration number. So we searched its claimed company name, Broker Capitals Inc., in SVG FSA. Not surprisingly, we found nothing matched this broker in SVG FSA. Even though it had had registration, it could not prove itself a legal forex broker, since SVG FSA does not regulate financial services including currency trade.

Besides, Broker Capitals lied to be regulated in the United Kingdom for 15 years. However, we found no results that matched Broker Capitals in the UK FCA register. In other words, the 15 years of regulation were fake.

Warning from CONSOB
On 1 Aug 2022, the Italy CONSOB issued a warning against Broker Capitals, reminding the public that the broker is not regulated to provide financial services or sell financial products in Italy. This was the third time that CONSOB issues a warning against Broker Capital Limited. This “old friend” has become a regular on the CONSOB warning list.

In conclusion, Broker Capitals is a broker without license. It is recommended that investors not to trade with the broker. If you want your funds to be protected, please confirm that the broker you are trading with has obtained a forex license.
