Account profits over $120,000 are not allowed to be withdrawn, claiming suspicion of violating Article 18.5 regarding market manipulation, and blocked my account so I cannot log in or withdraw. The customer service manager said the investigation results are out and confirmed the freeze, but did not give specific reasons, only saying there are similar cases. I asked for the specific order number and which specific rule was violated to give me a clear explanation, not just a one-sentence freeze of my account funds of $45,000. They said all funds in my account are profits and cannot be withdrawn, and told me to email them for results. I sent an email inquiry but received no reply. Attached are all my account trading records and deposit/withdrawal records for everyone to review. All orders were manually placed for profit and closed, no scalping or quick profiteering by EA.
