IC Markets外汇平台资金根本没有进入真实市场，采用对赌的方式，是吃客损的公司，只有投资者亏损，平台才会赚钱。
通过后台操控交易数据让客户故意亏损，从而套取更多的利益。
IC称受澳大利亚ASIC等国际监管，监管信息不真实，其实服务器位于中国大陆境内和香港，监管套壳。

塞舌尔（FSA）Raw Trading Ltd 确实受到了监管，但是IC Markets唯一在官网上宣传并且受到监管的公司，却没放在MT4/5上进行交易，而其他牌照拥有众多问题的公司却放在MT4/5上进行交易。
