FX1931019286  On the morning of August 1st, I attempted to deposit funds into DBG Markets (DBG), but the money never credited to my account, resulting in a margin call and a loss of $1800. My account number is 7787348. Despite multiple communications, the platform refused to compensate. I have uploaded screenshots of the deposit, and after an hour of dealing with customer service who asked for various proofs, they claimed I transferred to the wrong account. Fortunately, I had saved a screenshot of the deposit information provided by the platform, which ultimately revealed that the error was due to an incorrect account number provided by them (see screenshot below).
I have two accounts with DBG Markets; another account, 8201216, has been trading since August 2022 and has accumulated losses totaling $486,860. There have been previous instances of platform freezing which I initially disregarded, but now I seriously suspect that the platform uses various means to cause client losses from which they profit. I demand compensation for all my losses and advise investors to steer clear of such platforms.
