KAIWEN9月11号，我在账户12309985下达了挂单#432726834，指定价格为23926。然而，在9月11号12:30 GMT+0（北京时间20:30 GMT+8），因美国CPI YY、NSA发布这一重大财经新闻，市场价格剧烈波动，我的挂单被激活。按照正常情况，挂单达到指定价格会进入执行队列，但由于大量挂单同时激活，执行出现延迟。更关键的是，指定价格（23926）与执行时市价（23864.39）的差额远超交易品种无滑点范围（仅17.64点），最终按市价执行，缺口达到616.1点，这与我预期的交易情况偏差极大，造成了不必要的损失。
滑点问题严重影响了我的交易结果，希望Exness平台能重视此问题，给我一个合理的赔偿方案。
