I manually closed all my short positions, and there was no reason for all the short positions to be held until the eventual margin call. The price was stuck at 320 and unresponsive when I attempted to manually sell, with the lowest pullback only reaching 3198. The unscrupulous Exness caused my margin call but refused to offer any compensation. With the intervention of the WikiFX manager, my demand is that the platform compensates me $16,000.

FX2872886218EX平台卡盘半小时，2025年4月14日，22:00-22:30段，造成本人4个帐号，亏损16000美金，手持空单，无法卖出，有录屏证据，发邮件平台，不处理！无良平台！平台回邮件承认平台卡盘半小时，本人手动提交卖岀空单，平台也承认本人提交卖出空单提示，无法卖出。无良平台不卡盘，我也不会损失，最后本人爆仓。邮件申请赔偿得不到处理。Ex无良平台，需小心谨慎别再上当了。
