hello everyone, I am an ib of Eightcap. I have seen it on many foreign exchange websites Eightcap the advertisements on the platform, but after careful inspection and consultation with peers, this company is not very big. in the spirit of being a formal and somewhat qualified trader, I still chose to be their ib. so I opened an ib account and then worked hard to promote and introduce customers to them. I introduced more than 10 customers back and forth, and there have been trading customers since January 2023. their account opening is also a matter of luck. if the company is in a good mood, they will open an account. give me a reason and explanation, this made ib very embarrassed, until April 2023 when I found out that i was rejected when i needed to withdraw the commission, the application was not processed. by may 2023, all the funds on the ib account will be debited ($3077.76), thinking it is a withdrawal, thinking that it will arrive soon. but it was too late, so i asked the customer service and the answer was that i would give an explanation on the phone. when i received the call, it was said that the customer under my name had a problem, and i didn’t explain in detail what the problem was, so i asked them to send it to me by email or text. me, they hung up. i don't know what's going on until now. asking the customer service means sending an email for consultation, but the emails sent in the past also fell into the sea. this company is too fraudulent, there is no reason to speak, the money is in their hands, they can do whatever they want. it was so dark. i hope that the majority of investors will pay attention, and don't be fooled by them.
