KapitalRS says it is an investment company under the supervision of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia, with license number: 5/0-02-672/18-16 issued to perform the activities of an investment company that is authorized to provide investment advisory services and additional services that include advice to companies regarding capital structure, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions of companies and similar issues.

However, it has been verified that KapitalRS currently has no valid regulation. That is why its regulatory status on WikiFX is listed as “No License” and receives a relatively low score of 1.45/10. Please be aware of the risk.

Trading leverage varies depending on various instruments, with the maximum leverage for major forex pairs up to 1:200, 1:50 for minor pairs, and 1:10 for indices. If you're just starting in the trading world, it's best to stick with the lower size, no more than a 1:10.
