Description of what happened: 1) 05.07.2025 — $50 transfer: the bank receipt (Sberbank) shows the time as 11:41:14 (Moscow time), while the platform shows 11:40:04. Difference: 1 min 10 sec, with the platform displaying an earlier time than the bank. 2) 06.07.2025 — $50 transfer: bank time 20:56:25, platform time 20:52:11 — difference 4 min 14 sec, again the platform shows an earlier time. 3) After my complaints, the platform retroactively adjusted the balance and timestamps multiple times. Meanwhile, support referred to the "time zone UTC+2", but the minute discrepancies and the fact that the time is displayed BEFORE the bank's timestamp do not explain this. 4) I demanded complete raw logs (timestamps in UTC, information about record modifications), as well as a report on 05.07 (number of trades, profit/loss, etc.) — I was sent incomplete reports and evasive answers.

On September 14, 2025, they banned my account, claiming that I had violated Article 2.9 of their public offering agreement, which states that "the company prohibits customers from engaging in fraudulent activities that the company may consider to be part of customer behavior. These fraudulent activities aim to exploit operations not directed by the company, loopholes in the company's official website, speculation based on bonuses, and abuse of trading to gain profits, including but not limited to completing hedging transactions through different accounts and speculating on assets with liquidity difficulties. In such cases, the company reserves the right to terminate this agreement or reset the results of trading operations However, I believe that I have not violated any of the conditions described in it, and each order has a 5-minute cycle. I joined Pocket Option a few weeks ago and since then I’ve been trading on a live account. Honestly, I was confused by their reward rate and how it works, most assets were having lower than 80% of fixed profits. They should have published all the information on the website, but there is nothing. The only plus is that the transaction through BinancePay wallet was smooth and without bureaucracy. I hope they’ll add more cryptocurrencies for trading cuz the variety is not huge.

I actually dont' even mind that some of the, have a fee like that. because it makes you more serious about the tournaments. When I take part in free ones I always loose motivation! But when I paid the entrance fee now I am using my full focus and full power to pass the challenges! I think more education about forex and shares need to be there, my suggestion is making like academy or something.

Started by depositing 100 greenies and found it difficult to concentrate when taking large positions. Forex trading is somehow more intutive for me, so I can only trade with small amounts when using quick trading options. Copy trading actually worked better, which is very unexpected... it never worked for me before. All in all, an intersting platfomr with quick support but there are a lot of features I don't personally vibe with.

I want to share my personal experience with Pocket Option so that others dont fall into the same trap I deposited 600 in my account and started trading within some time I managed to grow my balance to 1400 I was excited to withdraw my profit and went to request a payout that is when the nightmare started Pocket Option forced me to complete kyc verification before withdrawal I submitted all my documents correctly but instead of approving they rejected my kyc without any valid reason I contacted support to ask why my kyc was rejected after hours of waiting instead of solving the issue they suddenly blocked my account claiming I had violated some public offer agreement I have proof with screenshots of my successful trades and balance growth the kyc rejection notice my support ticket submission and the final message showing my account was blockedunder clause 2.2 this is a classic scam tactic they let you trade and make profits but the moment you try to withdraw they create excuses like kyc

I see that the payouts show 90% or even 92% on some pairs, but mainly on major FX pairs. With other asset categories, the payout is lower, so you should check before choosing an instrument… just commenting. So, basically, if you're interested in trading options and want a high profitability rate of 92%, you end up limited to trading forex.

This was fairly new for me, when I just found this broker and registered for demo. havent seen Qt before and it seemed pretty dope. I didnt wanna deposit much but it was nice to see min. amount is just $5 and you can open deals for as low as just $1, this is great for those who wanna try out live trading but not spend much. only minus here is lack of quicker support.

Have you noticed that the section on the left changes depending on the trading more you are in? For MT4/MT5, they have great analytics, with trade setups describe in detail, if I click on any of this. But for some reason, in quick trading mode there is nothing like this. Instead, its just some useless Achievements tab... Support also, mostly done by people in chats it feels like. I would much rather them take a more hands-on approach. Right now, its just community effort.

In all fairness, pocket option has one of the most comprehensive asset offerings among brokers. Options, as the name suggests, forex, real shares, copy trading... but I can't help but feel that they're have their fingers in too many pies. Any reputable trading platform has to focus on the quality of their instruments, not on having a run-of-the-mill package comprised of everything at once

Aviod trading with pocket option I made a deposit after I successfully completed KYC for easy use opend 5 positions but all closed without me closing it the time set is not working accurately. Manage to turn 10usd to 13usd, I expected to get more but due to the closing position without my intention made it small. this is totally a manipulation the position so I advise you not invest in them to avoid being scammed.

I wanted to share my trading experience with this broker which I registered and deposited $10 to the real account i open many positions but they closed the positions and wifed all my balance .Which lead me to lose all my capital and profit. Don’t ever deposit your money with such type of brokers. after i lost my money i check them in but i found out they are not regulated so please avoide using them to trade . And also my friend complain to me there very slow in other transactions like withdrawals and other activities be careful with Pocket Option broker thanks.

When you put some drawings, they are not as easy to change and cusomize,. but still it works. Learned about OB (order blocks) and trading with them, I think SMC works with QT, at least it gives me an edge sometimes. But not on 5s, a bit longer like M15 and higher.
