Ich habe am 10. Juli eine Auszahlung von 800 USD beantragt und sie am selben Tag genehmigt bekommen. Aber nach 12 Tagen habe ich mein Geld immer noch nicht erhalten. Ich habe ein Ticket erstellt, um sie danach zu fragen, und sie wissen nur, wie sie mit einer vorgefertigten Nachricht antworten sollen. Es wird keine tatsächliche Lösung für betroffene Kunden angeboten. Sie schieben die Schuld auf technische Probleme bei Help2Pay, aber seltsamerweise erlauben sie den Kunden immer noch, über Help2Pay in ihrem Dashboard einzuzahlen/abzuheben. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie technische Probleme nur als Ausrede benutzen, um unser Geld nicht zurückzugeben!

Withdrawal approved but fund never arrive

I have requested withdrawal of 800USD on 10th July and they approved on the same day. But after 12 days, I still haven’t receive my money. I create ticket to ask them about this and they only know how to reply using template message, no actual resolution is given out to clients affected. They keep blaming Help2Pay is having technical issue but oddly they still allow clients to deposit/withdrawal via Help2Pay in their dashboard. I feel they are just using technical issue as an excuse to not return back our money!
