Am 10. Juli habe ich mein Konto mit einem Werbecode erstellt, der 70% gewährte, indem ich 599 USD für binancepay aufgeladen habe. Am selben Tag wurde es betrieben und der Tag endete mit 2.700 USD. Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 2.334 USD beantragt und die Bonusreduktion akzeptiert. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Konto ohne wirklichen Grund geschlossen. Ich habe versucht, den Support mehrmals zu kontaktieren, aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Ich fordere die Wiederherstellung des Kontos und seiner Gelder, da keine Regeln gebrochen wurden.

CIERRE DE CUENTA Y CANCELACION DE RETIRO SIN MOTIVO

El pasado 10 de julio cree mi cuenta con un codigo promociónal el cual otorgaba 70% cargando 599 usdt por binancepay, el mismo dia se opero y se finalizo el dia con 2700 usdt, solicitando un retiro de 2334 usdt aceptando la reduccion del bono. Al siguiente dia la cuenta fue cerrada sin ningun motivo real, se intento contactar con soporte reiterados veces y nunca tuve respuestas. Exijo la recuperación tanto de la cuenta como sus fondos ya que no se incumplio ninguna regla.
