The trading environment of the platform is very unstable. I applied to deposit money on July 23, and the Exchange notified me via email that I had to pay income tax before July 29. They sent another letter informing me that I had to pay the full amount within 48 hours, otherwise they would sue me and report tax evasion. Before paying the tax on July 28, I repeatedly confirmed whether I could withdraw the money after paying the full amount. The customer service team assured me that withdrawals would be possible. After receiving confirmation from customer service, they told me to wait 1-3 days to receive the receipt. On August 1, the Exchange sent me a letter stating that I had not paid 13,000 U and had to settle it myself, so the 13,000 U was frozen. This is robbery. They didn’t explain from the beginning that it had to be the same account. Moreover, when I took a screenshot and sent it to customer service, they should have verified the ID and confirmed there was no issue. I truly cannot accept WELTRADE. This platform is like a huge pit—I’m trapped in it, suffering unbearably.
