I participated in the global demo contest promoted by multibank group 2023 and I won the prize but the promoter has refused to awarded the full prize ( the grand prize) in accordance to the term and condition of the contest. The T&C of the contest state that ( _T&C no.11_ The winner who made the highest equity of all rounds will win the grand prize of BMW I7) however the team arbitrary cancelled other round of the contest after the second round and concluded the contest with only first and second round which doesn't stated in the contest terms and conditions that the promoter can cancel the competition anyway. However, ending the contest with first round and second round has leave me to be the winner who made the highest equity of all rounds and I wish to claim the grand prize of BMW I7 as stated in the contest terms and conditions but the Multibank Group has refused to comply with the contest terms and conditions of awarding the grand prize as stated in the contest agreement. Multiple group arbitrary cancel the other rounds of the contest just to make an excuse to avoid awarding the grand prize as stated in the contest agreement.
