Limited Product Range and Inactivity Fees: A Trader's Concern

I find their product portfolio somewhat limited. It would be great to see more options, especially in terms of trading platforms. Also, the educational tools feel a bit lacking. I expected more comprehensive materials to enhance my trading skills. Another drawback is the inactivity fee, which kicked in after a year of inactivity. It seems a bit harsh, especially for occasional traders.
