मैंने ८ फरवरी, २०२१ को अपने ट्रेडिंग खाते से ३४.५९ डॉलर की निकासी के लिए आवेदन किया था और अब तक मेरे खाते में पैसा नहीं आया है। मैंने मंगलवार को अपने fxtm खाता प्रबंधक, श्री अहमद से संपर्क किया और उन्होंने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि उस दिन के अंत से पहले पैसा निश्चित रूप से मेरे खाते में दिखाई देगा। लेकिन बुधवार को जब मैंने उसे यह बताने के लिए फोन किया कि पैसे नहीं दिख रहे हैं, तो उसने फिर से मेरा फोन नहीं उठाया। मैंने उनके ऑनलाइन कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क किया और वे बस इतना कह रहे हैं कि मेरे खाते में पैसे जमा हो गए हैं। एक मिस्टर ज़ीनो विलियम्स, जिन्हें मैंने उनके पार्टनरशिप प्रोग्राम के माध्यम से fxtm से मिलवाया था, इस सप्ताह अपने ट्रेडिंग खाते से निकाले गए धन को प्राप्त नहीं करने के लिए अब मेरी गर्दन पर है। कृपया मुझे अपने पैसे वापस पाने के लिए और मेरे दोस्त की भी मदद की ज़रूरत है। मेरी OCTA FX आईडी 60656942 है। धन्यवाद।

unable to withdraw

I applied for a withdrawal of $34.59 from my trading account on 8th February, 2021 and up to this moment I have not received the money in my account. I contacted my fxtm account manager, Mr. Ahmed on Tuesday and he assured me that the money will surely reflect in my account before the end of that day. But on Wednesday when I called to tell him that the money didn't reflect, he didn't pick my calls again. I contacted their online customer care and all they are saying is that the money has been deposited into my account. One Mr. Zeeno Williams who I introduced to fxtm through their partnership program is on my neck now for not receiving the funds he withdrew from his trading account this week. Please I need help as to how to get my money back and also that of my friend. My OCTA FX ID is 60656942. Thanks.
