Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team planned to visit the broker, ESL, in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is on the 37th floor of the Times Tower in Hong Kong.

The experienced survey team, with a sense of commitment to stringently verify for investors, was dispatched to Hong Kong according to their meticulously designed plan. Based on the aforementioned address information, the field verification was initiated for ESL.

The surveyors went to the specified area in Hong Kong to conduct on-site verification of ESL, which is said to be located on the 37th floor of Times Tower.

The surveyors successfully arrived at Times Tower, located near Wan Chai subway station, with convenient transportation. The company's campus and the surrounding streets had an average environment. The building did not house many offices, and it wasnt very crowded. Outside, the surveyors were able to click a panoramic photo of the building, but didn't find any signage related to ESL.

The surveyors entered the building's lobby smoothly, but upon scanning the directory, they didn't find the company name 'ESL'. Simultaneously, no ESL logo was found inside or outside the building.

The surveyors successfully went to the 37th floor to confirm the location, but found no directory or any information related to ESL on the entire floor. As they didn't find any trace of the broker, it was not possible to enter the supposed interior of ESL. From the overall situation of the building, it is clear that it is not a shared office, and no reception with the ESL logo could be photographed from the outside or from any other observable angle.

Therefore, it was confirmed from the field survey that the broker ESL does not exist at the given address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker ESL as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
