Reasons for Field Survey

The Turkish foreign exchange market is an emerging foreign exchange market that has developed rapidly in recent years. With the continuous opening of Turkey's economy and the gradual improvement of its financial markets, foreign exchange trading has become increasingly active in the country. In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange brokers in the region, the team traveled to Turkey for an on-site visit.

Field Survey Process

This month, the team went to Turkey as planned to visit the foreign exchange broker UGURAS on-site. According to public information, their office address is "Ataköy 2 - 5 - 6.Kısım Mah. Rauf Orbay Cd. Yalı Ataköy Sitesi C Blok No:4/22 Bakırköy /İstanbul". 

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned itinerary. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer UGURAS.

The team proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer UGURAS who claimed to be located at that address.

The team successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a bustling area of Turkey, surrounded by a lively environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company logo was found on the exterior of the building, but upon entering, the company's directory was discovered inside.

The team entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Due to the inability to reach the specific floor, it was not possible to confirm whether the company's office area has clear signage or security measures. Because of reasons such as not having an appointment, the team was unable to enter the company's interior, and also could not take photos of the reception desk and its logo. Additionally, this office is not a shared office.

Although I was unable to enter the company's interior, through the lobby area, I could sense that the overall environment was quite ordinary, in line with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the dealer UGURAS exists at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The team proceeded to Turkey as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker UGURAS. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could be seen, indicating that the broker has a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
