Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Planetree Capital in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is 23/F, Wah Fai Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, meticulously planned and proceeded to Wah Kwai Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the trader Planetree Capital claiming to be located at this address.

The field investigator successfully arrived at Wah Fai Centre, located in North Point, Hong Kong, where the surrounding area is relatively bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for Planetree Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. However, they were immediately stopped and questioned upon entry, as the security management was very strict. Upon hearing there was no prior appointment, they were promptly asked to leave, and the security guard indicated they were unaware of whether a company named Planetree Capital existed.

Therefore, the surveyor was unable to reach the target floor and could not enter to confirm whether there were obvious signs or security measures in the company's office area, nor could they photograph the company's reception. The office was also not a shared workspace. From the lobby area, the internal environment of the company could not be observed, raising doubts about its authenticity.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Planetree Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the forex broker Planetree Capital at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but found no information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
